Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training & Breathwork Certification
Teach yoga and breathwork from an embodied foundation
Graduate as RYT-200 eligibleGaja's 200- and 300-hour trainings are Yoga Alliance registered, taught live, and built around a daily sadhana. You learn to sequence and teach safely, to lead breathwork with confidence, and to ground every class in a philosophy that still means something.

Asana, pranayama and meditation are learned in the body first. The Sadhana Library and the weekly live sessions keep you practicing while you study the why.
Knowing how a hip or a shoulder actually moves is how you keep a room of strangers safe. Functional anatomy and inclusive cueing run through every module, not just the one labeled anatomy.
The Eight Limbs, the Gita and the Yoga Sutras are taught as a living ethic for teachers: how you hold space, what you charge, who you serve, and how you keep your own practice honest.
You log practice hours, teach a recorded class for faculty feedback, and in the 300-hour training you mentor newer teachers under supervision.
The 200-hour runs sixteen weeks with a weekly live session, the Sadhana Library for daily practice, forty logged practice hours and a recorded thirty-minute class. The 300-hour runs twenty-four weeks across two tracks, Content & Philosophy webinars and Sadhana Labs, with a mentored teaching practicum and a year for electives. The 500-hour pathway is both in one enrollment: finish the 200, then schedule the 300 when you are ready.
200-hour graduates are eligible to register as RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance; 300-hour graduates as RYT-500. Both come with a verifiable Gaja certificate and a Pro Directory listing.
Start with the 200-Hour YTT, go deeper with the 300-Hour YTT, or enroll once in the 500-Hour YTT pathway and move through both phases on your own timeline.
