An integrative coaching pathway for mind, body and spirit

Ready to help others create holistic change that lasts?

Many people seek coaching because something in their life feels out of alignment: stress that won't unwind, habits that won't shift, or a sense that they're "doing all the right things" but still not feeling like themselves. Yet most coaching approaches only address one part of the picture.

They focus on mindset, or habits, or emotional resilience, while the deeper layers that shape a person's well-being remain untouched. If you're here, you're drawn to helping people grow, but you want a way to support the whole of who they are, not just one aspect.

That's where the Total Well-Being Coach Certification comes in. This integrated pathway brings together evidence-based coaching, meditation and Ayurvedic health into one cohesive learning experience. You'll learn how to help people move from stress to clarity, from imbalance to alignment, and from survival mode into meaningful, grounded change across mind, body and spirit.

Three signature trainings in one cohesive pathway

Three certifications. One integrative pathway.

The pathway weaves together three of Gaja's most respected professional trainings so you can support clients from every angle: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Together they prepare you to coach from every dimension; you won't simply learn tools, you'll embody a multidimensional approach to well-being.

Questions
How long does the Total Well-Being Coach pathway take?

Each certification runs 16–21 weeks. Most students complete the full pathway within 12–18 months.

Does it matter which training I take first?

No. You can order the three certifications to suit your preference and schedule, and admissions will help you choose the sequence that fits.

Is this pathway recognized by ICF and NBHWC?

Yes. The pathway includes the full Gaja Coach Certification, which is ICF Level 1 accredited and NBHWC approved, so your coach training meets the highest global standards for professional coaching. You receive everything you need to qualify for both credentials: a structured curriculum aligned with the ICF core competencies, all required coaching practice hours and faculty observation, evidence-based training that fulfills NBHWC standards, and preparation and support for the board exams. Graduates frequently pursue one or both credentials for increased credibility and wider opportunities in coaching, wellness, healthcare and organizational settings.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Each certification builds progressively, starting from foundational concepts.

Can I work full-time while studying?

Yes. The flexible online format lets you balance your studies with your personal and professional life: live sessions are recorded, and the eLearning is self-paced.

Are there live sessions?

Yes. You'll take part in live faculty teachings, mentorship labs and interactive peer sessions in each certification.

What does the pathway cost compared with enrolling separately?

The pathway tuition is the three certifications' tuition together, with one enrollment agreement and one plan with admissions instead of three. Payment plans are available.
